1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly through our contact forms, our chatbot, our “Tell us about your situation” form and our audit requests. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, company name and a description of your project.
The chat bubble AI assistant. When you write a question in the chat bubble, your message is sent to Anthropic, the American company that provides the artificial intelligence, to produce the answer; Anthropic processes it under its own terms. We do not save the conversation. Only the appointment request that you review and choose to send is kept, like a contact form. Do not write any sensitive information in the conversation.
Booking a call online. When you book a discovery call on the Appointments page, your email address and the chosen time are sent to Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet), the American company that runs our calendar, to create the appointment and send you the invitation with the meeting link; Google processes them under its own terms. Your name, your phone number and the subject you indicated stay in our request tracking. To have the appointment removed from our calendar, write to us.

The information collected is used to:

- Offer you a first step and a tailored price
- Carry out free audits and diagnostics
- Contact you about our services
- Improve our services
3. Data protection
We take the protection of your data seriously. Your information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized members of our team.

We do not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless the law requires it.
